1:1 Coaching
Professional development and leadership coaching offers significant benefits for both individuals and organizations. Participants begin the process by completing the Harrison talent development or leadership assessment. This comprehensive evaluation provides a detailed understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement.
Following the assessment, a six-week coaching program commences, during which we thoroughly review the results and identify key areas to leverage strengths and address developmental needs. Together, we collaborate on setting SMART goals—Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound—that align with both personal and organizational objectives. This partnership culminates in the creation of a measurable action plan, developed with input from both the employee and their manager, ensuring accountability and support.
