With a background as Vice President of Operations and Client Relations for a consulting and software company in Texas, and as a Client Relations Director leading and developing a team of ten professionals, I have seen firsthand the impact of effective coaching. Working with a professional coach who administered Harrison assessments transformed my career, helping me identify my strengths and areas for growth. This experience ignited my passion for leadership coaching and inspired me to create Visionary Growth Partners.

I founded Visionary Growth Partners to work with businesses, especially, small businesses, to help them selectively hire and develop their talent. The mission is to use proven methodologies and personalized approaches to cultivate leadership capabiltiies and drive organizational growth.
